Driver Services and Delivery

Customer Service Orientation All drivers are put through a customer service training program to ensure better service delivery. To ensure that at hiring reference checks are done and drivers have no criminal record. All new drivers that are hired have matriculation in order to understand the requirements of customer services delivery. All drivers are presentable and are wearing neat uniform at all times.

Quality Assurance

All deliveries will be done on time to ensure client convenience and in accordance with the SLA. Drivers will be encouraged to utilize the shortest routes possible to ensure a consistent work flow to and from deliveries and collections fuel consumption as well as reduced mileage on the vehicles. All incident/ accidents will be attended to as soon as possible to prevent backlogs on accident damaged vehicles ensuring that there are no vehicles in an accident status for a long period and in accordance with the SLA A clocking system will be put in place to ensure that all times attended are in accordance with the client requirements.
