Directors
SB2 Consulting & Projects is currently under the directorship of its two members SibongileYingwane and Busisiwe P. Mguni.
Together they have brought their experience education and talents to establish the most efficient driver services company possible. SibongileYingwane is a self -qualified individual who started her career in a driver service company as a claims administrator.
In this position she was much involved with the drivers in ensuring that all incidents/accidents were reported in time and vehicles were repaired in due course. During this period Sibongile became attached and involved in mentoring and motivating the drivers to assist them, in dealing with incidents/accidents so as to reduce the number of accidents and damages on the clients vehicles. She was later promoted to Operations Manager and was more involved in assisting the clients to run a smooth operation while leading the drivers and she has a full understanding of the risk involved in the operation as well as of other obstacles that arise within the operation.
This has actually motivated her to start her own driver service as she is familiar with the operation and being a previous employee is aware of the problems that the employees are faced with which may be the reason for the accident high rate and is determined to reduce this and assist her clients to make more profits with their assets. She is responsible for the marketing and the operational side of the business. She is currently registered and is studying with UNISA towards the SAIM Program in Business Management.
BusisiweP.Mguni has an illustrious history of acquiring highly relevant expertise in IT. Her career commenced with being a PC Engineer and culminated with being a PC Technician. She is familiar with the PC maintenance and support, diagnostics, MS operating and support, Basic Networking, dissembling and assembling as well as the upgrading and installation serving in Compu-Genesis department of computers. Her academic excellence has seen her being awarded the PC Engineering Certificate and Professional Diploma Certificate in IT, by the Havatech College. She also holds a qualification of ICDL and is currently studying with UNISA towards the National Diploma in IT. Busisiwe is also the CEO and owner of Buphilo Computers ICDL training Center.
