All drivers are put through a professional accredited driver training program to equip them with defensive driving skills. Evaluating and scoring drivers against incident/ accident rates for yearend bonuses and other incentives to encourage them to perform at their best. With the reduced accident rates our clients will make more profits at the sale of the vehicles as they will have not recorded any accidents.
Customer Service Orientation
All drivers are put through a customer service training program to ensure better service delivery. To ensure that at hiring reference checks are done and drivers have no criminal record. All new drivers that are hired have matriculation in order to understand the requirements of customer services delivery. All drivers are presentable and are wearing neat uniform at all times.
